Growing leaders, Growing teams, Growing results

I am passionate about helping you grow great teams, grow great leadership and grow the greater good.  My experience includes 27 years as school superintendent as well as coaching and consulting in dozens of school districts nationally and internationally. Solving problems, improving learning, creating community is what I do.

Improving Communities

Improving Communities

In Seattle, educator and community partnerships made great things happen for kids. Graduation rates improved, and the graduation gap for students of color was reduced by half. A Stanford study listed Seattle as third in the largest 200 districts in America for academic student growth—a tribute to strong partnerships with educators, school and district leaders, and a diverse and inclusive range of city and community groups.
